Sweet Mae’s featured on Cincinnati Refined
Sweet Mae’s Cookie Co. is a homemade baking company that specializes in premium stuffed cookies. Owner Tiffany Biddle incorporates Southern-inspired flavor into her cookies, inspired by generations of excellent bakers, recipes, and experiences within her family.
Tiffany’s legacy of baking spans back five generations, beginning with Clara, who made signature biscuits that no one could ever replicate. Tiffany’s great-grandmother, Fannie Mae, was known for her cooking and adding a splash of Kentucky bourbon to her dishes. Fannie Mae’s daughter, Linda, was raised on a farm where they raised farm animals and created cherished recipes with homegrown ingredients. Growing up, Tiffany remembers making griddle cakes with her grandparents, as well as watching her mother, Linda, and her grandma make Southern desserts. She hopes to preserve that wonderful expression of love that comes with cooking and baking in the kitchen together with family.
